Handles entire food and kitchen operation, Controls the food preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plans and prices menu items, order restaurant supplies, keeps food records and accounts.

Diane Kurtz – Head of Operations & Books

Oversee’s books for restaurant,  nightly restaurant operation, beverage carts, and payroll.
