Handles entire kitchen operation, Controls food preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plans and creates menu and prices, order restaurant supplies, and keep labor and food records and accounts.

Diane Kurtz – Head of Operations & Books

Oversee’s books for restaurant, nightly operation, payroll and beverage carts.
